The rules and guidelines for using the PD World platform.

By creating an account or using PD World, you agree to these Terms of Service. PD World is a platform connecting independent professional development trainers with organizations seeking training services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, providing accurate profile information, and all activity under your account. Trainers must accurately represent their qualifications and experience.
PD World provides tools for discovery, booking, engagement management, content creation, and communication. You may not use the platform for illegal purposes, spam, harassment, or to circumvent platform fees.
PD World facilitates connections between trainers and organizations. We are not a party to the training engagements themselves. Trainers and organizations are responsible for their own agreements, deliverables, and payments outside of platform-facilitated transactions.
You retain ownership of content you create on PD World, including profiles, proposals, materials, and AI-generated content. By posting content, you grant PD World a license to display it on the platform. AI-generated content is yours to use commercially.
PD World offers free and paid subscription tiers. Fees are described on our pricing page. Marketplace commissions apply to bookings facilitated through the platform. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
You may close your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
PD World is provided “as is.” We are not liable for the quality of training services, disputes between trainers and organizations, or indirect damages arising from platform usage.
